The Annex
Reserve your space in this New York Style Lounge. The Annex has its own private entrance is directly off of the Steelgaarden Lounge. Soft lighting, leather sofas and chairs, pool table, state of the art sound system, multiple flat panel TVs and a private bar create an intimate atmosphere for a special private party or corporate function.
This marvelous facility offers a first-class venue suitable for rehearsal dinners, private parties, office parties, birthday and anniversary celebrations, workshops, seminars and small banquets.
The Fishbowl
Coined “The Fishbowl” by our staff in 1998 this glass enclosed banquet room is perfect for your private party or corporate function. Tables is this room can be configured for groups of 25 to 45 people. This room offers a grand view of our stainless steel brewing tanks and custom murals depicting the Bethlehem steel industry. Special amenities include a personal control for sound in the room, a 110″ diagonal projection screen with surround sound, and a DVD player with computer connections. The Fishbowl is available Sunday through Thursday evening and is available 7 days a week for luncheons.
