Our rich and creamy signature soup is made with extra sharp cheddar cheese and our own Valley Golden, blended and simmered to perfection. Absolutely delicious!

Classic Chili
Ground sirloin and beans mildly spiced with a touch of Steelworker’s Stout.
Topped with cheddar and jack cheeses
Third Course
Choose one half sandwich. Served on white, wheat or rye toast with chips & a pickle.

Chicken Waldorf Salad
Grilled all white meat chicken blended with Granny Smith apples, walnuts, boursin cheese, onion, celery, mayo and spices. Topped with crisp green leaf lettuce & tomato.

BBW Tuna Salad
BBW Tuna salad mixed with tuna, mayo, capers, celery, onions and
Spices. Topped with crisp green leaf lettuce & tomato..

Turkey Avocado
Oven roasted turkey breast and fresh avocado piled high on a toasted
French baguette with Swiss cheese, red onion, lettuce and tomato.

Boardwalk Pretzels
Watch the Tram Car please! Warm and chewy pretzels rods lightly fried then tossed in melted butter, fresh garlic and parsley. Finished with grated Parmesan! A great way to start any meal!

Spinach Artichoke Dip
A piping hot blend of spinach and artichokes mingled with romano and parmesan cheese, garnished with diced tomatoes. Surrounded with crispy white corn tortilla chips.

BREWschetta
French baguette garlic toast slices topped with ripe tomatoes soaked in Duchesse Belgian Ale with plenty of garlic, onions, basil and roasted red peppers. Sprinkled with shredded parmesan.

Meze Hummus Assortment
Our famous garlic ale hummus, black bean hummus, black olive tapenade and Belgian ale marinated tomatoes served with warm pita wedges.

Parmesan Encrusted Tuna Steak
A 4oz tuna steak coated with parmesan, seared medium rare. Served over linguini tossed with garlic, olive oil & basil. Finished with Duchesse Belgian Ale soaked tomatoes. Drizzled with
Steelworkers Stout balsamic reduction.

Sherry Filet
A petite, 4oz Filet grilled to your liking with mushroom sherry sauce. Served with a side of roasted red bliss potatoes and a vegetable medley.

Chicken Picatta
Tender chicken breast dusted with flour. Sautéed with caper, tomato & artichoke. Finished with lemon white wine butter. Served over your choice of bowtie pasta, linguini or whole wheat penne.

Caramel Pecan Friazzo
Caramel & vanilla ice cream topped with caramel sauce & sugared pecans. Drizzled with even more caramel & topped with whipped cream.

Warm Apple Crisp
Golden Delicious Apples, rolled oats and brown sugar. Topped with a melt in your mouth, buttery walnut crust.

The “Glace” Menagerie
A southern style banana split! Grilled bananas brined in a spiced maple sauce and ladled over vanilla bean ice cream with candied pecans. Drizzled with rich semi-sweet Belgian Chocolate.
