Lunch Menu – Three Courses for only $10
Salad – Garden Salad or Classic Cæsar
Cup of Soup – Brew Works Beer Cheese, French Onion Gratinée, Classic Chili, or the Soup du Jour.
Half Sandwich – Selections below served on white, wheat or rye toast. Served with chips and pickle.
Boursin Chicken Salad – Diced all-natural FreeBird® chicken breast, green apples, roasted walnuts and boursin
cheese, lettuce & tomato.
Classic Tuna Melt – BBW tuna salad topped with melted American cheese, lettuce & tomato
Nana’s Egg Salad – Home made egg salad with tarragon topped with lettuce & tomato.
Dinner Menu – Three Courses for only $20
Choice of Appetizer -
Spinach & Artichoke Dip – A piping hot blend of spinach and artichokes mingled with Romano and Parmesan cheese, garnished with diced tomatoes. Surrounded with crispy white corn tortilla chips.
Meze Hummus Assortment – Garlic ale hummus, black bean hummus, black olive tapenade and Belgian ale marinated tomatoes served with warm pita wedges.
Boardwalk Pretzels – Soft pretzel sticks tossed with butter, garlic, parsley and grated Parmesan.
BREWschetta – French baguette garlic toast slices topped with ripe tomatoes soaked in Duchesse Belgian Ale with plenty of garlic, onions, basil and roasted red peppers. Sprinkled with shredded parmesan.
Choice of Entree -
Southern Style Bistro Steak – Bistro steak seasoned with Aw Shucks!® cajun spice and grilled medium. Served on a bed of sauteed onions and peppers, and accompanied with rice and black beans.
Chicken Carbonara – Farfalle pasta tossed with rich carbonara sauce (bacon, peas, mushrooms, garlic and cream) and topped with grilled all-natural FreeBird® chicken breast.
Vegetarian Lasagna- The classic Brew Works favorite returns! Our vegetable lasagna is made with layers of fresh vegetables (mushrooms, zucchini, spinach and roasted red peppers), ricotta and mozzarella cheese and rich marinara sauce.
Choice of Dessert –
Pots Du Creme – Smooth, dense and rich…The ultimate French chocolate custard made with the finest Belgian chocolate
topped with a dollop of whipped cream and shaved dark chocolate.
Apple Crisp – Remember how Mom made it? We bake Golden Delicious apples, rolled oats and brown sugar. Topped with a melt in your mouth, buttery walnut crust and served with a warm caramel sauce. “Thanks, Mom!”
Cranberry Bread Pudding – BREAD PUDDING WITH “THE WORKS”! Chef Oman‟s homemade custard style bread pudding speckled with cranberries and Granny Smith Apples. Baked in our oven and finished with a Southern bourbon sauce and a dollop of whipped cream.
