Fegley’s Allentown Brew Works

Berliner Weiss – Great American Beer Festival bronze medal winner 2006, 2014 A traditional, unfiltered, sour wheat beer aged nearly a year to develop the slightly tart flavor. Pale blonde, citrus, and a champagne-like finish make for a refreshing beer?. 3% ?ABV

Bourbon Barrel Insidious – Insidious Imperial Stout aged in charred oak Kentucky bourbon barrels. Chocolate, caramel and roasted barley malts with the aroma and warmth of Bourbon and vanilla create one sinfully delicious beer. ?9.0% ABV, 1.088 OG, 40 IBU?

Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works

Kitchen Sink IPA – We threw everything “but the kitchen sink” into this IPA – malted barley, rye, wheat, along with caramel malts. Then we hopped aggressively with citra, centennial, nelson sauvin, and chinook. Left unfiltered. Sometimes more is more. 1.063 O.G., 6% ABV, 75 IBUs

Frampeche Reserve – An Oud Bruin style of beer. Belgian breweries typically open their windows and allow the airborne wild yeasts and bacteria to allow a “spontaneous” fermentation to occur. We use select yeast and bacteria to achieve similar results. Aged for over a year in wine barrels from the Napa Valley we blended equally our Framboise and Peche lambics to create a unique beer.

  • Mike

There will be someone to help you, I’m sure.

If you add the VIP hour, then for an additional $10 you get MORE food and beer sampling as well as a chance to meet representatives from the breweries and author John Holl. Hope you can make it!

  • BrewWorks

  • http://www.thebrewworks.com/ Fegley’s Brew Works

Hi Jim, you must print out tickets or show us the ticket on your phone. Tickets must be presented for admission. Thanks and see you there!

  • Michelle

Can you tell us what’s on the buffet? (Or just a sneak peak???)

  • CP

Sadly, we could not attend — both of us fell sick mid-week. We missed a golden day…

  • Jess

I received a discount code from attending chocolate fest this year and it keeps coming up invalid. Did I need to buy tickets sooner to use the code?

  • http://www.thebrewworks.com/ Fegley’s Brew Works

Hi Jess, correct, discount codes are limited in quantities and expire. But if you get your tickets online, you’ll save on admission at the door. Hope this helps and hope to see you there!

  • question

    will the

  • question

Will the 2 hour buffet actually feature real food and “pub favorites” this year, or will it be corn dog nuggets and cold fries again? This will be my group’s 3rd year and the food has been unfortunate to put it kindly

  • http://www.thebrewworks.com/ Fegley’s Brew Works

For 2 hours per session, we’ll be offering pub foods again in Silk lounge. Finger-foods and light nosh easy for consuming and holding in one hand while hold a beverage in the other :-) In keeping the ticket price lower than most festivals of this caliber, our main focus is the selection and quality of the beer while the food offerings are to help keep folks safe while partaking in the beer sampling. We also encourage people to eat lunch or dinner before or after the festival. Hope to see you there, cheers!
