Berliner Weiss – Great American Beer Festival bronze medal winner 2006, 2014 A traditional, unfiltered, sour wheat beer aged nearly a year to develop the slightly tart flavor. Pale blonde, citrus, and a champagne-like finish make for a refreshing beer?. 3% ?ABV
Bourbon Barrel Insidious – Insidious Imperial Stout aged in charred oak Kentucky bourbon barrels. Chocolate, caramel and roasted barley malts with the aroma and warmth of Bourbon and vanilla create one sinfully delicious beer. ?9.0% ABV, 1.088 OG, 40 IBU?
Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works
Kitchen Sink IPA – We threw everything “but the kitchen sink” into this IPA – malted barley, rye, wheat, along with caramel malts. Then we hopped aggressively with citra, centennial, nelson sauvin, and chinook. Left unfiltered. Sometimes more is more. 1.063 O.G., 6% ABV, 75 IBUs
Frampeche Reserve – An Oud Bruin style of beer. Belgian breweries typically open their windows and allow the airborne wild yeasts and bacteria to allow a “spontaneous” fermentation to occur. We use select yeast and bacteria to achieve similar results. Aged for over a year in wine barrels from the Napa Valley we blended equally our Framboise and Peche lambics to create a unique beer.
