St Patrick’s Day
This St. Patrick’s Day we’re going all out and celebrating in high style with great food paired with the full range of Jameson rare whiskeys. Plus a bit of Brew Works Beer (of course!). This evening is sure to put a smile in yer’ Irish eyes! ($50 per person, plus tax and gratuity)

Hors d’oeuvres
We’re going to start the evening with a special surprise from Chef Mike Honeywell, and ‘wet-your-whistle’ with some Monkey Wrench Saison.
1st course
Mixed greens topped with goat cheese, smoked almonds, and a whiskey poached pear all finished with a sherry vinaigrette.
Whiskey – Jameson (spicy, nuts, vanilla)
Fegley’s Brew Works Beer – Nutso Nut Brown Ale
2nd course
Olive oil poached salmon on a bed of red lentils, fondue of leeks, and a citrus beurre blanc.
Whiskey - Jameson 12 (tastes of sherry, mild woodiness)

3rd course
Cold-smoked pork tenderloin over a parsnip puree, mushroom ragout, and whiskey BBQ sauce.
Whiskey – Jameson Gold (Creamy, Honey, Pepper)

Dessert
Dark chocolate tartlet served with a scoop of Irish cream ice cream.
