Grooving with Bastion as he escapes into an ancient story-book. He begins to read it in the school attic where he is drawn into the mythical land of Fantasia, which desperately needs a hero to save it from destruction.
Previous Appearances in Silk:
KEF with “Ghost Busters” – “The musical lovechild of Grand Funk Railroad, George Clinton & Deep Purple.” Winner! Best Rock/Jam Band, Lehigh Valley Music Awards. Projecting on the walls – Dr. Peter Venkman and his spectral investigation and removal service!

Paul Theissen Band with “The Wall” – “It’s face melting folk to go along with your life. Come get away from the everyday and bask in the vibrations that create existence itself.” Plus, we’re lighting up the walls with a visually evocative cult film based upon the music and visions of Roger Waters and David Gilmour.

Trouble City Allstars with “Godzilla” – Shuffling along with a 164 foot tall monster as he begins a rampage that threatens to destroy not only Japan, but the rest of the world as well. Can the monster be destroyed before it is too late, Ya mahn?

Time Code with “Clockwork Orange” – Drums, turntables, and bass. Timecode came together when these 3 individuals decided to try something different. Music made using minimal traditional instrumentation and lots of technology. You got to see it to believe it. The walls alight with futuristic Britain, as Alex and the gang go on the rampage. Then he agrees to try “aversion therapy” to shorten his jail sentence…yikes!

Ritz Mixon Band with “Gremlins” – Lehigh Valley music veterans pump out an interesting combination of acoustic jazz, blues, classic rock and originals….played just a bit differently. And the visual hilarity of miniature green monsters tearing through a small town straight out of Norman Rockwell.

Butterjive with “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas” – Butterjive is an upbeat instrumental quintet that thrives on improvisation and groove in a live atmosphere. Full of twists, turns, and genre-bending compositions, Butterjive’s catalog contains everything from funk to rock to reggae to latin and beyond. They’ll be grooving with the big-screen version of Hunter S. Thompson’s seminal psychedelic classic about his road trip across Western America fueled by the huge amount of drugs and alcohol kept in their convertible, The Red Shark.

The Fallen with “Nightmare before Christmas” – The Fallen is one of the hottest young bands, and who know that you are the master of your reality and your destiny. If you don’t like who you are or where you are, then change it. As they fill the air with sonic waves, the walls light up with Jack Skellington of Halloween Town as he discovers “Christmas Town” and takes it upon himself to take over the duties of Santa and deliver toys and scare the $#&% out of kids across the world.

Tavern Tan- with “Batman” – Live American Roots Rock, Tavern Tan is named after the sort of complexion you get from nightly neon beer lights. They’ll fire it up while we see Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson bouncing around Gotham City.

Trouble City All Stars – with “The Big Lebowski” – Dey Specialize in a di positive message, irie vibrations and Rasta-riddums. Shuffling along with Jeffrey “The Dude” Lebowski, the ultimate LA slacker, who goes on a mission to get some retribution for his soiled rug.

Wandering Root – with “2001 Space Odyssey” – A 5-piece band mixing an organic and electric approach to rock and roll with hints of folk, funk, bluegrass, reggae, and jazz. Lyrically exploring psychedelic and natural themes with a positive intention, thus we’ll be hypnotized by a Kubrick film masterpiece.
