HUNDREDS CELEBRATE WITH MOM ON HAMILTON STREET IN ALLENTOWN

Allentown, PA—

A family tradition has returned to downtown Allentown with a brunch that will be served at the Allentown Brew Works.  With over 450 reservations, two entire floors will be filled with families taking Mom out on her special day.  And her special day is being spent in Center City Allentown.  For some, this will be their first time into downtown Allentown in years, if not ever.  And the Allentown Brew Works is ready to show off  the delights of downtown and entice them back again and again.

Marketing Director Michael Fegley was smiling at the thought of it all.  “This is perhaps the most important restaurant decision that diners can make all year. The fact that so many have decided to spend it with us in Allentown is delightful.”  Over 30% of Americans dine out on Mother’s Day, giving Mom a special treat with ‘time off’.

Banquet Manager Jeffrey DeAngelis, and Chef Aaron Custer have put together a buffet that can only be compared to grand hotels. “I have been waiting for this day since we opened last June. This is our chance to really shine,” said DeAngelis, “I worked at the Hotel Bethlehem for years, and what we have planned here in Allentown surpasses what we were able to do there.”  That may be because the multi-level restaurant on Hamilton Street has two fully functional kitchens—one on the main floor and another on the third floor.

It is sure to be an exciting day for all the mom’s in town, as the tradition is back!
