The Allentown Brew Works in conjunction with the Allentown Public Theatre presents…
The Allentown Public Theatre’s Spotlight Cabaret and Piano Bar
New Date! Now Moving to 1st Thursdays!!
Every 1st THURSDAY the lights will shine in High Gravity for some of the best theatrical talent in the Valley. They’ll be performing Cabaret style songs for your pleasure from 8pm-9:30pm and then stepping aside to allow for an open piano bar where everyone can chime in with standards and show tunes.
For the 24th: Ah, it’s that time again. Time for another round of good food, fun folks and wonderful performances by some of the areas most talented singers. This months performance will feature some old and new faces. The talented Josh Neth will host. Other performers include Cheryl Moritz, Katelyn Roof, Aaron Williams, Melissa Egan and Bob Cohen. And, of course, the immensely talented Justin Brehm will tickle the keys for us.
We are happy to introduce John Monahan. John, Katelyn, Arron, and Bob were all once audience members who sang during the open mic portion of the show. We liked them so much we asked them to perform for us. Who will be the next Spotlight Star? You?
Some of the featured performers are: Stephen Molloy, Cheryl Moritz, Joshua Neth, Melissa Egan, Shawn Salevsky, and Kirsten Rani Almeida, with Justin Brehm on piano.
Audience members are encouraged to bring their own music or sing from our books.
