Our fabulous dinner is listed below, but also we’ve got the Feeling Naughty Flirt Fest in Silk!
On both Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th we’ll help you celebrate Valentine’s Day in style. We’ll be hosting luxurious reserved two-and-a-half hour seatings in High Gravity starting at 5pm, with our last seating at 9:30pm.
We’ll set a seductive atmosphere on the High Gravity level with live romantic music from a guitar/cello combination.
Reservations will include two-courses, multiple selections, and include a complimentary glass of champagne or pint of our flagship beer. Inclusive price ranging $26-36 per person depending on selection.

Pan seared Ahi Tuna topped with Pineapple Salsa, served with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes & Grilled Asparagus, $29.00.
Grilled Pork Tenderloin topped with Roasted Figs & Sweet Onions, finished with a Zinfandel Demi, served with Fingerling Potatoes and Sauteed Spinach, $28.00
Linguine with White Clam Sauce, $26.00
Caribbean Chicken with a Peanut Spice Rub, served with a Banana Sweet Potato Casserole and Grilled Squash, $27.00
Pan-seared Filet Mignon topped with Stilton Cheese and a Port Wine Reduction, served with Fingerling Potatoes, and Sauteed Spinach and Walnuts, $36.00

Couples can enjoy a special three-course sharing dinner on Sunday, February 14th, starting at 5pm for only $24.99 per person.
Start by sharing an appetizer sampler
A scrumptious sampler with crispy tuna medallions drizzled with wasabi mayo over asian slaw, lettuce cups filled with a salad of smoked chicken and boursin cheese, and tomato and mozzarella caprese skewers.
Then choose two Entrees
Paella – Mussels, scallops, spicy andouille sausage and chicken in a rich tomato broth over saffron rice.
Chicken Oscar – grilled Freebird® chicken breast over three cheese polenta, topped with lump crab Bearnaise, and roasted asparagus.
Petite Filet – Grilled filet mignon with three cheese polenta, roasted asparagus, portabella fries and a horseradish demi.
Then share a dessert sampler
Our NY cheesecake sampler will take you on a romantic journey with NY raspberry cheesecake, campfire cheesecake (graham crusted deep fried cheesecake topped with marshmallow and chocolate) and a rich Brew Works chocolate stout cheesecake.

The Strawberry Kiss for 2 (served in a huge glass) Vanilla Vodka, Strawberry Liqueur, Cranberry & Pineapple juices, and a splash of Champagne!

Freixenet Cordon Negro Extra Dry – A sparkling wine for those that like it “not too dry”. On the palate, the wine is earthy and fruity with an essence of peach, melon and candied citrus, culminating in a long, flavorful and smooth finish. Bottles for only $30.
