Come out to Bethlehem this Holiday season and enjoy our Devil’s Hearth Reserve.
Devil’s Hearth Reserve (1.065 O.G., 7.8% A.B.V., 20 IBU)
A Belgian style strong golden ale brewed with coriander, bitter orange peel, Styrian Golding hops, clover honey and imported Belgian candied sugars. Fermented with ardennes yeast. We aged these in our cellar to smooth out the alcohol, which created a devilishly drinkable ale.
