Our limited edition 16th Anniversary Ale was brewed by Bethlehem Brew Works’ Head Brewer Josh Bushey to celebrate our 16th birthday and released on April 15th. This ruby wheatwine has hints of toffee and caramel. Brewed with 2-row barley, white-wheat malts and just enough bittering hops to balance the sweetness. A plethora of Chinook, Cascade, and Columbus hops round out this Anniversary brew giving it a earthy and citrus-like aroma.
