Chef Jill Oman has been adding family recipes to the Brew Works menus for several years, and some of them have become mainstays for us. We’ve now got a whole section devoted to Pennsylvania Dutch Specialties, and the readers of the Morning Call voted us best in the valley for it!
Slow roasted, hand pulled all-natural pork with garlic mashed potatoes and beermarinated sauerkraut. Garnished with grilled Granny Smith apples & thick sliced beer battered onion rings.
Pennsylvania Dutch Lasagna! Layers of roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed onions and pasta. Baked with cheddar jack and MORE sautéed onions. Served with a vegetable medley.
The finest locally made Pennsylvania German style bratwurst, grilled and served with Bavarian style red cabbage and warm German potato salad. 12.50
Our version of this traditional German dish. All-natural pork pounded thin and lightly floured sautéed with garlic, capers and tomatoes in white wine. Served with Bavarian style red cabbage.
