Bethlehem Brew Works brewer Josh Bushey tapped another beer in his alt-country music inspired series “Tear Stained IPA”. The inspiration for the name came from a song aptly titled “Tear Stained Eye” by Son Volt.
A dry West-Coast IPA, brewed with pale malts, and hop bursted, with Citra and Centennial hops creating huge citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Dry hopped twice with copious amounts of Citra, Centennial, and Organic Amarillo hops, we left TSIPA unfiltered to preserve the bold hop character.
