We have a dedication at Fegley’s Brew Works to not only serve the best food and beer we can, but to also make sure that those products are as safe and sustainable as they can be. Along with this, we want the atmosphere we provide to reflect our values. That is why we dedicate so much time and effort into sourcing our food locally and making sure our energy comes from sustainable sources such as wind and solar power.
In the two pages below, you’ll find out exactly how we do this. The process wasn’t the easiest, but the results are worth it. We know that we are stewards of this earth and we strive to maintain it as best as we can. We feel a great sense of pride when we ship our compost off to the Rodale Institute or get our latest shipment of produce in from a local farmer.
Not only do we hope to convey our dedication to the ideals of sustainability, but we hope to inspire others and show that their is a viable path to becoming 100% green energy.
